FVB – 25.09.2018:

FVB@BerlinScienceWeek

Berlin Science Week is an international gathering, bringing together people from the world’s most innovative scientific institutions in Berlin. It is dedicated to the dialogue between science and society to inspire a deeper understanding of our world. The Forschungsverbund Berlin invites you to four events.

  • "MAL GANZ GRUNDSÄTZLICH: PROTEINS"
Live event, PodCast, talk show in German

We are surrounded by proteins everywhere: in the supermarket on the nutritional value tables of the food or quite obviously in protein bars on the muesli shelf. But Proteins also play an important role in our bodies and perform a wide variety of tasks there.
Moderator André Lampe will welcome Janine Kirstein, who is very familiar with the topic. Why she is an expert is not revealed in advance and is part of the concept: only at the end of the evening is it disclosed whether Kirstein is a nutritionist, scientist, physician or something else. The audience is invited to ask questions before and during the evening. A small protein experiment will be presented as part of the warm up.
The event is also the first live recording of the audio PodCast "mal ganz grundsätzlich".
